Terry Broesder

September 3, 1968 — September 26, 2011

TERRY BROESDER was born to John and Martha (Prsyzygonski) Broesder on September 3, 1968 in Pipestone, Minnesota where he was raised. He attended school in Pipestone and graduated from Pipestone High School. Following his education, he was employed at the DAC in Ruthton, Minnesota. Later he was employed at Progress, Inc., in Pipestone. He lived with his parents until 2001 when he became a resident at the Hiawatha Manor in Pipestone. On Monday morning, September 25, 2011, he died there unexpectedly at the age of 43 years and 23 days.

Terry was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Pipestone. He was active in the Friendship Club in Edgerton, Minnesota. He enjoyed bowling, and he was a huge fan of Batman. He liked pop music, especially Elton John, and he loved to drink pop. He also liked the television show “Dukes of Hazard” and consequently his nickname was “Duke”.

He is lovingly remembered by his brothers, Don and his wife Linda Broesder of Tucson, Arizona, and James and his wife Mary Kay Broesder of Marshall, Minnesota; one nephew, Dan Broesder; and one niece, Allison Broesder. He was preceded in death by his parents and his older brother, Eugene.
