Deborah Jean Loving was born on October 29, 1958 to Raymond and Helen (Johnson) Fenger in Olivia, Minnesota. Her family lived in Cottonwood, Minnesota where she worked at the Cottonwood Café which her parents owned. Later, she moved with her family to Anoka, Minnesota where she attended school, graduating from Anoka High School on June 8, 1978. On September 15, 2007, she was united in marriage to Michael Loving in Cottonwood, Minnesota. While living there they worked at Norcraft building cabinets. In 2014, they moved to Pipestone, Minnesota. She was admitted to the Pipestone County Medical Center where she died on February 25, 2020 at the age of 61 years, three months and 27 days.
While living in Cottonwood she attended English Lutheran Church and since moving to Pipestone has been a member of Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church. She always followed her faith. She loved dogs. She enjoyed collecting beanie babies (owning over 300), windchimes and fishing. She loved spending time with her friends, whether it was being outside or having a barbeque. She will be remembered for sticking her tongue out and saying whatever. She never hesitated to help others in need and loved everyone wholeheartedly.
She will be remembered by her husband, Michael Loving of Pipestone, Minnesota; her son, Jeremiah (Angie) Bragelman of Anoka, Minnesota; her daughter, Elizabeth (Chad) Brown of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; step-son, Michael Loving Evans of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin; six siblings, Cheryl, Bonnie, Mary, Maggie Ahrens, Steve Fenger, and Tim Fenger; eight grandchildren; and 15 God-children. She was preceded in death by her son, Nicholas W. Bragelman; her parents; her father- and mother-in-law, Amos and Shirley Jean Loving; one brother-in-law, Amos Loving, Jr.; and one sister-in-law, Leticia Loving.
