Kirby Louis Tobias Ii

Kirby Louis Tobias II was born on September 4, 1980 to Kirby Louis Tobias and Debra Duggan in Pipestone, Minnesota. During his youth, he and his mother moved to Evanston, WY. Kirby was baptized on June 1, 1985 in Evanston. He began school and was an active young man. He then moved with his mother to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and then to Parker, CO with his mom and stepdad Galen. They then moved to Casper, WY. Kirby was confirmed on September 18, 1994 in Casper. He continued to live in Casper, graduating from Casper Natrona County High School in 1999. Following his graduation, he began working for Decker Auto Glass, replacing windshields. He then began working for Formula One, tinting windows and later moved to North Dakota and began working for Bulldog Energy in fabrication. Kirby then moved to Billings, MT where he was employed by Billings Auto Trim. Eventually Kirby returned to Pipestone to be close to his mother. Kirby died unexpectedly at his residence on Tuesday, September17, 2019 due to health complications at the age of 39 years and 13 days.
During his youth, Kirby was active in the Catholic youth group in Parker. Kirby’s favorite activity was golf, even though he also enjoyed softball, bowling, cooking, and shooting pool. He was a kind individual that loved spending time with children, playing basketball with local kids at the basketball courts. Kirby will always be remembered for his witty sense of humor and his warm smile.
Kirby is lovingly remembered by his son, Kane of Billings, MT; his mother and stepfather, Deb and Galen Pennington of Pipestone; his brother, Cody and son, Tolliver of Casper; his step-grandmother, Linda Tobias; many aunts and uncles; numerous cousins; and other loving friends and family members. Kirby is preceded in death by his father; his uncles, Robert Duggan and Jerry Hoekstra; his grandparents, Dr. Russell and Myra Tobias and Martin and Marge Duggan.
