Paul Kuhlman

Paul John Kuhlman was born on March 10, 1998, to Dale and Patty (Humphrey) Kuhlman in Dell Rapids, South Dakota. He graduated from RTR High School with the class of 2016. He drove school bus for one year and was also assistant manager of Family Dollar for one year. He then attended two years at South East Technical College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for diesel technology. A few years ago, he moved to Pueblo, Colorado where he worked repairing trucks. He passed away peacefully at home in Pueblo, Colorado on Monday, September 22, 2025, at the age of 27.

Paul enjoyed working on Ford trucks (a little sarcasm, here). He loved working with the guys as a diesel mechanic and he loved the tools of his trade. In his relatively short time working as a mechanic, he had amassed an amazing quantity of tools and equipment. He liked to hit the road and ride his motorcycle when able. He also enjoyed target shooting.

Paul is lovingly remembered by his parents, Dale and Patty Kuhlman of Tyler, Minnesota; sisters, Kristina Fenton, Katie Kuhlman, and Becky Kuhlman all of Minnesota; great aunt, Arlene Smedsrud; great uncle, Harland Kuhlman; many aunts, uncles and countless cousins; close friend, Kyle Mann of Calhan, Colorado; and many, many, good friends. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Norman and Norma (Lange) Kuhlman; and maternal grandparents, Carlie and Doris (Grider) Humphrey.
