Ronald J. Muller

Ronald John Muller was born on December 15, 1937 to Herman and Emma (Kuhlman) Muller in Luverne, Minnesota. He grew up on the farm, learning from an early age the value of hard work. He attended Jasper Public School, graduating in 1957. While in school, Ronnie enjoyed hunting and fishing. Soon after graduation, he married the love of his life Elaine Bahn on August 23, 1959. The couple moved onto the farm and began their life together. They welcomed three children and worked together to care for the land God have given them. Ronnie took great pride in his life as a farmer and remained farming in the Jasper area throughout his life, retiring in 2001. Following retirement, Ronnie enjoyed time with his wife and family. He especially enjoyed watching his grandchildren’s sporting events and activities. The morning of December 16, while surrounded by his loving family, Ronald went to be with his Lord and Savior at the age of 86 years and 1 day.

Ronnie loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a lifelong member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and very active with the Lions Club in Jasper, which he was a Charter Member for. He enjoyed watching the Vikings and the Twins play and had a large collection of John Deere equipment. The most important thing to Ronnie was his family. He valued family time very highly, a trait he passed on to his children and grandchildren. He also had a great sense of humor and enjoyed making others laugh. He will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish Ronnie’s memory is his wife, Elaine Muller of Luverne, Minnesota; children Randy Muller of Luverne, Rick (Susan Blazek) Muller of Prior Lake, Minnesota, and Shari (Orville) Manzer of Great Falls, Montana; grandchildren, Stephanie Blomgren, Jessamy Blomgren, Greg Muller, Daniel Muller, Mitchell Muller, Amanda Muller, Allison Muller, and Abby Muller. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Emma Muller; brothers, Herbert Muller and Werner Muller; and daughter-in-law Bonnie Muller.

Blessed be his memory.
