Carol was born February 4, 1958 in Rochester, Minnesota to Elmer Peterson and Ruth Spengler. She spent her childhood in Elgin, Minnesota. She married Roger Blaisdell on June 21, 1980 and later divorced.
Carol was a loving mother and devoted grandmother. She loved over-the-road truck driving which she spent many years doing, taking her daughters and grandchildren with her on adventures we will always remember. She enjoyed fishing with her daughters and later in life enjoyed fishing with her grandchildren. She had a passion for dogs, horses, gardening, and crafting. Her most valued treasure was spending time with her grandchildren. Her beautiful light will forever live on through her daughters and grandchildren.
On Earth and in the Heaven’s, you’ll always be our hero and matriarch. Until we meet again, our beautiful Guardian Angel in the Stars above looking down on us through the holes of Heaven, rest easy Mom. Our family chain will link again in the Heaven’s as we are each called home.
She is survived by her daughters, Tara (Brad) Baatz of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Tanya (Byron) Garbers of Pipestone, Minnesota, Trina (Joey) Cordova of Fridley, Minnesota, and her beloved loyal dog, Turbo; her grandchildren, Matthew Blaisdell and Wyatt Blaisdell whom she raised in the years following their mother, Trisha’s, passing, Baylee (Adrian) Stack, Anthony Jorgenson, Ashlee Jorgenson, Austin Jorgenson, Aiden Garbers, Piper Blaisdell, Tyler Peterson, Jayden Krueger; granddogs, Tiko and Mika Cordova; great-grandchildren, Nolan Stack, Andrew Stack and Grayson Peterson, step-mother, Peggy Peterson; siblings, Rosie Walters, Robert (Karen) Peterson, Burton (Tammy) Peterson, Donnie Peterson, Donna Shields, Curt (Theresa) Peterson, Lisa (Terry) Johnson; and best friend, Bonnie Skar.
